For many, many years, my family has loved watching Josh Gates and Expedition Unknown. This was even before all his other spin-off adventure/mystery shows. So when I was asked to come up with concepts to co-brand Josh on Discovery and Dish, I was extremely excited. It’s always a thrill to work on projects with stars you already follow. (I believe Josh himself has a serious love of adventure, history, Indiana Jones, and the Goonies!) Since then, I’ve been proud to work on plenty of Josh Gates Discovery projects and, of course, more Discovery/Dish/Josh co-branded spots. This is one of the more recent ones that I thought turned out pretty well. I especially love how Josh is willing to throw himself into the idea of every project he works on. His spirit of adventure and excitement always shows through, even when he’s just searching for… his phone.
