Howard Ashman is the famed lyricist who helped bring the “Disney Animation Renaissance” to life in the 90’s. His work on “The Little Mermaid,” “Beauty & the Beast,” and “Aladdin” is indelible. Through his words, a generation and beyond was entranced and transported into worlds of magic and mystery. I find his story to be extremely inspirational and compelling (especially for a writer!), so I was thrilled to get a chance to work on this with the esteemed team at AV Squad.
